Support & FAQ
How do I import my own sheet music?
Simply open the left sidebar menu and click on the "Import XML" button. You can select any standard `.xml` or `.mxl` file from your device. If the button is locked, you will need to unlock the Premium feature first.
Why is there no sound?
Please ensure your device is not on "Silent" mode, the volume is turned up, and you have waited a few seconds for the high-quality piano audio samples to finish loading.
How do I restore my Premium purchase?
If you have a new device or reinstalled the app, click the locked "Import" button and select "Restore Purchase" from the dialog. You will not be charged again if you are using the same Apple ID.
